I closed the lid with a crumb on the keyboard. The screen cracked.
The screens in the 15-inch Air are very large and extremely delicate. We replace the entire top assembly (lid with screen) to ensure factory hinge alignment and perfect image quality.
The laptop gets very hot, but I don't hear a fan.
The USB-C cable is loose in the charging port.
