My glass is intact, but the picture is black or has lines. Do I need this service?
Yes. If the front glass is not cracked but the image is distorted, has ink spots, lines, or is completely black, it means the internal LCD matrix is damaged. We replace just the LCD panel, keeping your original touchscreen glass (on supported models).
