I spilled liquid on the Magic Keyboard. Can it be replaced?
Yes. The 2020 model features the improved scissor-switch keyboard. We don't need to replace the entire expensive top case. We will remove the liquid-damaged keyboard, install a new one, and clean the logic board.
The fan is very loud during video calls (Zoom).
Cracked screen. Will the True Tone function be preserved after replacement?
